These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChadMax mobile application ("App"), operated by Blobatic ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Information & Non-Medical Disclaimer

ChadMax provides automated facial geometry analysis and grooming suggestions for informational and entertainment purposes only. The App does not provide medical, dermatological, cosmetic, or clinical diagnosis. You should consult qualified healthcare professionals before beginning any new health, skincare, or fitness regimen.

2. User Accounts

You may use Google Sign-In to sync your scans and streak history. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ChadMax responsibly. You agree not to:

• Upload photographs of others without their consent.
• Upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing on intellectual property.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the operation of the App or its APIs.
• Use automated bots or emulators to manipulate ad views or scan quotas.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases & Advertisements

• Free Scans & Ads: Daily free scans and bonus rewarded ad scans are subject to daily availability and quotas.
• Subscriptions & In-App Purchases: Payments are processed directly through Google Play Billing in accordance with Google Play's Terms of Service. Manage or cancel active subscriptions directly through your Google Play account.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, app designs, graphics, and software code associated with ChadMax are the property of Blobatic. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the App.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blobatic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App or its recommendations.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
