ChadMax (the "App") is developed and operated by Blobatic ("Blobatic", "we", "us" or "our"). Blobatic is the data controller (or "data fiduciary") responsible for the personal information processed through the App.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you use the ChadMax Android application, including its face analysis, AI coach chat ("Max"), daily tasks, habit tracking, progress tracking and reminder features. It should be read together with our Terms of Use.
We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the App.

We do not collect your contacts, precise location, call logs, SMS or files beyond those you choose to share with the App.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising except through Google AdMob as described in Section 8 and subject to your choices.

Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent given when you use the App, and for legitimate uses permitted by that Act.
The App displays banner, interstitial, app-open and rewarded ads served by Google AdMob. Where required by law (including in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and certain US states), we ask for your consent through Google's consent tool before personalised ads are shown.
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

We may keep limited information for longer where required by law or to resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
Our service providers process data on servers located in the United States and other countries, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access rules that limit cloud data to your own signed-in account, App Check verification so that only the genuine App can access our backend, and storage of AI service credentials on our servers only. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Uninstalling the App removes data stored on your device but does not delete your account or data backed up to your account.
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where local law sets a higher age of digital consent, users below that age must have permission from a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Scores, analyses and recommendations in the App are generated automatically by artificial intelligence for entertainment and general self-improvement purposes. They may be inaccurate, do not produce legal or similarly significant effects, and are not medical, dermatological, nutritional or psychological advice. Consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App before they take effect.
